The St. Paul Cadet Color Guard proudly represented the Squadron today at the Dedication of the Flag Poles, Walk of Honor (for Veterans and Service Members) and Canopy of Flags at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center.
They were the first to raise the flags for the City.
Thank you to Cadets Sebesta, Pahr, Hannigan and Neimann for participating.
Also Lt. Niemann and SMSgt. Gonsoski for giving us this opportunity.
Training with SMSgt. Gonsoski's Honor Guard came in extremely handy as it was the first time the Cadet raised flags on poles.
It was also the first time the City actually used the poles.
Flag folding skills and ettiquite were utilized as many people gathered early to the event, so they were watching the Cadets practice.

We were able to meet Chaplain Blake from the 934th Air Wing, who gave the blessing and honor and thank a WWII Veteran.
The Mayor reminded us again to continue to teach our children about the proud history of our Country and never forget the sacrifices of our Military Members.

We can never thank them enough.

Semper Vigilance,
Amy Pahr, 1Lt -DCFC
St. Paul Composite Squadron
